I Will Be With You Always

Matthew 28:20
…And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” ESV.

We have a promise from our Lord. He will always be with you. It doesn’t matter whether you feel or sense his presence. It doesn’t depend whether you did your good deeds for the day or not. It doesn’t even matter whether you believe it or not; He is with you.

When your trust in Him reaches the point of permanent belief, you find yourself unwavering and at peace no matter the circumstances. You realize your faith is in Him and not how you feel for the day. You accept His Word meant for you. You know what you know because of Him.

When you pray, you reach-out toward Him. His Words come alive in you. His Spirit merges with your spirit to become one. Your attitude and love reflects His. He becomes not only your King and Lord, but a trusted friend; a royal influence in your life.

His love for you is so much greater than we will ever phantom in this life. He loves to abide with you. In Moses time, He had a tent built where he resided and visited with Moses. Today He lives within His Church – His Body – You and I.

It’s not magic. It’s not your imagination gone wild. It has nothing to do how you were raised within your family. It is all about Him. When He promises, He delivers. May not be according to your schedule, but always on time. Not your time, but His. As we have learned, our Lord seems too always arrive late according to my schedule. But the fact is He arrives because He hasn’t gone anywhere. He is always with you.
