You may have heard better renditions but this one came from the Promise Keepers One Million person Washington D.C. event back in the 90’s.

It was at a promise keepers convention where I was first introduced to the power of music in worship taking classical hymns of

yesterday and transforming them into today’s contemporary tunes. I find this an appropriate hymn to thank God for America, for His Kingdom, and being the rock of our freedoms.
